We may obtain personal information about you from the bar association of which you are a member to activate and manage your access to and use of the bar association’s subscription to our service, including your contact details and bar association ID number.

• Organizations with which we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities;
• Social networks when you grant permission to the service to access your data on one or more networks;

If you access the service through a subscription administered or sponsored by your bar association or other organization, we retain your organizational contact details after the termination of your organization's subscription to continue to communicate with you.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 or target the service to children under 13.

Registered users may access and review their account information and make corrections or updates upon login to the service at any time. Registered users may also close their account directly through the service or by contacting customer support.

If you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), you have the further right to request that we disclose to you (i) the categories of personal information we collected about you and the categories of sources from which we collected such information; (ii) the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal information about you; and (iv) the categories of personal information about you that we shared or disclosed and the categories of third parties with whom we shared or to whom we disclosed such information in the preceding 12 months. You also have the right to not be discriminated against in pricing and services because you exercise any of your rights under the CCPA.
